Winter/Spring 2024

The Scouts started off the year with a HOST hike (History of Scouting Trail) where they visited various Washington, DC landmarks that have played a role in Scouting's history.

In February, the Troop camped at Marsh's Farm, a long-time winter camping site. Despite the cold weather, the Scouts persevered and had a great time. The 106th Anniversary Dinner was held the next month, following by a backpacking trip along the C&O Canal. In May, the Scouts had their last camping trip of the season before summer, spending two nights at the American Chestnut Land Trust, along the Chesapeake Bay in Maryland.
